I hope they meant "electronically." Tho around here, you never know.  Perhaps they just shoot a lightning bolt at your car and if you can outrun it, you're speeding.

I've come up with a few alternates:

- Speed checked hypnotically.

- Speed checked polyamorously.

- Speed checked intergalactically.

- Speed checked intravenously.
