Just a quick note that Business Insider has published 25 of my photos along with a brief write-up on my photo project, "Everyone Has a Name." The aim of the project is to raise awareness and to promote compassionate treatment of the homeless. Homelessness can happen to anyone--not just the addicted, the alcoholic, or the mentally ill. Disability from injury, loss of a family residence, divorce, or death of a loved one can all result in homelessmess. This project puts a name to each face and a face to each story.
Check out the Business Insider piece HERE, and the photo series HERE.
Charlie, I enjoy your blog, especially your pieces on homelessness. Friday I am doing a project in San Francisco with my law school. We will be assisting with meals and clothing for the homeless. The particular organization we will be working with serves 2600 meals per day...I'm sure it will be an emotional experience for me. I look forward to more stories.

It's sad that our government will send millions of dollars overseas and they do not provide housing for the homeless..
So sad they are walking the streets..
My son is homeless due to no job and drug use.
GOD Bless them and Please keep them in your prayers..
